I just got my first headset, what now?

• We suggest you go through the pages in order (from Register a Computer all the way to Running a Session). If you still have questions do not hesitate to contact us!

How to deregister a headset

• Open the MCH Admin Portal and click Account/Office in the top right corner of the page.

• Next click the third tab on the right called "Branch Headsets"

• Next click the little trash can icon next to the headset you want to deregister and you're done!

Note: If you accidentally deregister the wrong headset, the next time you use that headset it will automatically register.

How to deregister a computer

• Open the MCH desktop app and click the deregister computer button.

How to cast from my oculus headset

• Casting with Oculus Quest 2

VR lenses look blurry when I put the headset on

• Wipe the lenses with a tech or microfiber cloth to get rid of any smudges and/or dirt

• If they still look blurry, adjust the space between the lenses by moving them both inward or outward together
