### **1. Setting up your Oculus headset on Oculus.com**

* You will need to sign up and set up your Oculus headset first, instructions can be found [here](https://support.oculus.com/articles/getting-started/getting-started-with-quest-2/index-getting-started-quest-2).

### **2. Accept your Meta Core Health Game Key in Your Email**

* Go to your email and press accept MCH game key, the Meta Core Health VR game will now appear in your oculus game library.
