## FAQs

#### I just got my first headset, what now?

* We suggest you go through the pages in order (from [Register a Computer](https://docs.metacorehealth.com/register-computer) all the way to [Running a Session](https://docs.metacorehealth.com/running-a-session)). If you still have questions do not hesitate to contact us!

#### How to deregister a headset

* Open the [MCH Admin Portal](https://admin.metacorehealth.com/dash) and click Account/Office in the top right corner of the page.
* Next click the third tab on the right called "Branch Headsets"
* Next click the little trash can icon next to the headset you want to deregister and you're done!

Note: If you accidentally deregister the wrong headset, the next time you use that headset it will automatically register.

#### How to deregister a computer

* Open the MCH desktop app and click the deregister computer button.

#### VR lenses look blurry when I put the headset on

* Wipe the lenses with a tech or microfiber cloth to get rid of any smudges and/or dirt
* If they still look blurry, adjust the space between the lenses by moving them both inward or outward together
